If you prefer to go by a different first name, you’re welcome to share it. It’s important to us that you feel comfortable, supported and valued as a potential member of the Orange family.
The preferred first name that you provide may be used in our communication to your parents/family, counselors and others who are supporting you during your college search. It may also be used in mail that is sent to your home.
For operational and legal reasons, the University will use your legal first name on any official correspondence.
If you do not feel comfortable sharing your preferred name with family members or others associated with your college search, we strongly recommend that you skip this optional field.
